Imagine a therapy method that combines all the most effective techniques from NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) , CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), psychotherapy and hypnotherapy.
RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is extremely powerful and a very effective technique originated by Marisa Peer, voted Britain's top therapist. RTT allows me to find the core reason behind why your issues have been affecting your life and to help you overcome them so you can live a more positive and fulfilled life.
It is a unique and proven method in that solutions are found within 1-3 sessions.
It is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy
The symptoms of anxiety can cause fatigue,catastophising and overthinking, lack of energy, palpitations, lack of purpose, panic attacks to just name a few symptoms.
It is a fear of the unknown and clients often worry about the 'what if's' in life.
RTT is very effective in this area and helps the client to look forwards in life with positivity.
Experiencing low-self esteem and low confidence can affect your mental health and can lead to depression and anxiety.
The feeling that you are not good enough or not worthy are the root cause of both. RTT transforms clients lives by freeing them of these debilitating beliefs to a place of self worth and self-love.
Approximately 280 million people in the world have depression.
Depression often stems from unresolved emotional trauma or stress. RTT guides the client to process these emotions and reprogramme the subconscious to increase motivation, positive beliefs and healthier habits.
Fears and phobias typically develop due to past experiences, learned behaviours or subconscious beliefs, which can be challenging to address with conscious effort alone.
For example, someone with a fear of public speaking might be dealing with underlying issues of rejection or low self-worth, RTT helps release these emotional triggers and healing the original emotional wounds.
Insomnia often stems from underlying issues such as stress, anxiety, trauma or deeply ingrained thought patterns. RTT is used as an approach to address Insomnia and sleep issues by resolving the root cause of the sleep disturbances.
RTT can be a powerful tool for overcoming procrastination by address the underlying subconscious blocks that cause someone to delay tasks or avoid responsibilities. Procrastination arises from issues like fear of failure, perfectionism, self-doubt or even unresolved past experiences.
The subconscious mind is very powerful and it is where we store memories, form beliefs and hold life experiences where they become attached to thoughts, perceptions and feelings. Mostly these are created in our childhood years.
Growing up we create coping mechanisms to keep ourselves safe and develop behaviours that often no longer serve us as adults.
RTT is a great way of getting to the root cause and reason for our issues and then replacing them with new and healthy behaviours!
Clients will often have an Aha moment where they realise that seemingly unrelated events in their early years are at the root of their problems. After that there is no turning back and you are set up for change and success.

The reason I decided to train as an RTT therapist is that I feel passionate in helping clients to live a happy and fulfilling life. I know myself how much the past can hold us back. In my 20s and 30s I suffered with low self-esteem, anxiety and panic attacks. I grew up with challenging family dynamics which ultimately held me back in all areas of my life.
RTT felt like the perfect fit because it deals with the root cause and uses the power of your own mind to change negative thinking patterns.
I hold a BA Hons in Person-centred Counselling through Middlesex University and have worked as a psychotherapist since 2016. In 2020 I trained as a Barefoot Coach and qualified as an ICF accredited Life and Business Coach. In 2023 I qualified as an RTT therapist through Marisa Peer. I am therefore able to draw on much experience and different techniques to help my clients with the issues they want to work on.

A consultation/ discovery call is an essential part of the treatment and involves an upto 30 mins Zoom or Whats app video call to discuss what you are looking to achieve and for you to find out more about how it all works.
If you decide to go ahead you will then receive a Primer Recording to prepare you for the RTT session. The Primer Recording is relaxing but also gives you further information about the process and what to expect. It sets you up for a positive RTT experience.
We would then set up to meet (normally for up to 2 hours - either face to face in Ealing or online). I will get you to relax deeply and we will go back to the root cause of where the problem is and start the process of changing your negative beliefs into positive and empowering reprogramming.
After our session I will create a powerful, bespoke recording for you. Our minds learn by repetition so it is of vital importance that you listen to the recording every day for a minimum of 21 - 30 days (The recording is normally 15-20 mins long) This is in order to reprogramme your subconscious minds negative patterns with new and empowering thoughts and beliefs.
I follow up with you briefly on Day 2 and Day 10 to see how you are feeling and how you are getting on with the recording. I am with you all the way!
On around Day 21 - 30, I will check in with you to see how you have progressed and review how you are feeling. This is normally a Zoom call of up to 30 mins.
Please note: if you have had the issue you want to work on for longer than 5-10 years, you are likely to need further sessions.

During a hypnotherapy session, you'll be guided into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention. You will always be in control and aware of what is going on.
It's a similar feeling to being on a train and you are looking out of the widow and before you know it you have arrived at your destination. It's very similar to day dreaming.
Yes, virtually anyone can be hypnotized as long as they're willing to be hypnotized and have the cognitive ability to follow instructions.
Hypnotherapy is safe. You enter hypnosis through a deep relaxation technique that takes your mind and body to a calm and relaxed state.
No. You are completely in control and in charge at all times. You cannot be made to do, say, think or accept anything against your will during hypnosis.
Yes. What we discuss is confidential. I am bound by the code of ethics by IACT and adhere to their rules and regulations.
There are 3 types of change from RTT - every person is different.
Immediate:
You feel a massive shift right away - immediate changes in how you feel and a change in your thoughts and behaviours.
Accumulative:
You see consistent shifts every day or over time.
Retroactive:
You don't notice a shift right away but one day suddenly you look back and recognise how all the things that are different in your life.
